Personal Training / Private Coaching
Working 1-on-1 with an experienced coach is always going to be the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level. Our Coaches will track your specific data to show you steady progress over the course of your program. Our recommendation is that you take advantage of at least 1 Personal Training session per week in along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results. In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Specialty Courses are a chance for you to, well, get specific and focus in on a certain type of activity or skill. Examples of our Specialty Course lineup are: Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Strength, Buns n’ Guns, Endurance, and many more! We run 6-week Specialty Courses throughout the year and all Specialty Courses are included in Unlimited Classes and limited to 15 athletes.
As a member, you will receive notification of new Specialty Courses via a newsletter two weeks before the courses launch.
Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. Included in your membership are preset Open Gym hours, that you can drop in on anytime! We offer an over 20 hours of staffed Open Gym time throughout the week for you to make up a workout, work on some skills, or get some additional programming from a coach on site.
